2. Orders & Payments

All custom cake orders must be placed through our order form.

Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your order.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.

Once the cake is prepared, no refunds will be issued.

In case of an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve it.
4. Delivery & Pickup

We deliver through third party riders and won’t be responsible for
any cake delay or damage during transit once the cake has been dispatched. For bigger cakes
or tiered cakes, self-pickup is always recommended.
5. Allergies & Special Requests

Our cakes may contain allergens like dairy, nuts and gluten.

Please inform us of any allergies before placing an order. We do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product.
6. Intellectual Property

All product images, designs, and content on this website belong to us and cannot be used without permission.
