Refund Policy


Effective Date: 06th June 2025

We take great care in preparing every order. Since our cakes are made fresh and customized, we have a no refund policy once the order is confirmed. However, we do understand that unexpected situations may arise.
 

Cancellation & Refund Guidelines:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the pickup/delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit for future orders.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup/delivery date are non-refundable as ingredients and preparation work will have already begun.

  • No refunds or replacements will be provided for dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences.

  • If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damage before pickup/delivery), please contact us immediately with pictures, and we will review the case.
